Equitable Education appreciates the pivotal role that system leadership is playing in improving outcomes for all children and young people, both in specific localities and nationally. System Leaders such as National Leaders of Education (NLE’s), Local Leaders of Education (LLE’s) and Specialist Leaders of Education (SLE’s) along with Teaching Schools and Executive Heads of Trusts and Academies are transforming the lives of children and young people beyond their own school communities. At Equitable Education we recognise the role of the emerging self-improving school system. This together with other changes taking place within education such as:
during a period of austerity, all provide exciting opportunities to transform the educational outcomes of your children and young people. However, at Equitable Education we also recognise the challenges you may face and can work in partnership with you to develop practical solutions.

- the increasing importance placed on the pupil premium,
- curriculum changes,
- changes in SATs and examinations at GCSE’s (including the EBacc) and A’ Levels,
- the changing role of Local Authorities,
- the increase in the number of Academies and Free Schools,
- the raising of the floor targets for both primary and secondary.
